Magic Live was a Close-up Magic convention in Las Vegas. The picture above was the photo from my convention pass. The photo simulates the cover of a famous magazine for Magicians. I thought that It would be fun to hide my face but my hilarious prank turned out to be 4 days of getting stopped at every turn by security people. Close-up magic in Las Vegas is huge and there are Magicians at every possible turn; They are on street corners, in bars, in the sewers on roofs and behind doors. it is rumoured that a large part of the concrete mix for hotels in Vegas is made from crushed magician pelvises and top hats. All the criminals in Vegas are ex-magicians and there are creepy gangs of night stalkers comprised of Close-up Magicians, Corporate Magicians and Table Magicians, that pickpocket the public before dissapearing back underground to live in with the rats and the bats…all the rabbits have gone. Only joking Vegas is lovely.
